1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CuteQRCode & seQR.li (operating at cuteqrcode.com and seqr.li, collectively the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2 Service Description & Dynamic QR Codes

CuteQRCode & seQR.li provides an online visual QR code studio enabling creators, businesses, and developers to generate custom-styled QR codes, embed logos, create shortened redirect links, and manage dynamic destination URLs without forced sign-ups.

• Static QR Codes: Directly encode your target payload (links, Wi-Fi credentials, text). These scan offline and work permanently without server reliance.
• Dynamic QR Codes: Route scans through seqr.li/[slug] to allow updating target destinations without reprinting physical QR graphics.

3 Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use CuteQRCode and seqr.li only for lawful purposes. You must NOT use the Service to:

• Create QR codes linking to phishing sites, malware, spyware, trojans, ransomware, or credential harvesting pages.
• Distribute deceptive scams, fraudulent financial schemes, or pirated/infringing material.
• Send unsolicited bulk communications (spam) or launch automated denial of service attacks against our redirect network.

4 Intellectual Property & Ownership Rights

• Your Designs: You retain 100% full copyright, intellectual property ownership, and commercial rights to all QR codes, visual graphics, uploaded logos, and marketing materials you create with CuteQRCode. You may freely use, print, sell, and distribute them worldwide.
• Our Platform: CuteQRCode, seqr.li, our custom SVG module algorithms, website software, brand marks, and user interface designs are the intellectual property of CuteQRCode.com.

5 Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

• Free Plan: Unlimited static QR code creation, high-resolution PNG exports, and basic dynamic links with zero forced signups.
• CuteQR Pro ($9/month) & All-Access ($13.99/month): Provides vector SVG exports, removal of attribution watermarks, custom short slugs (e.g. seqr.li/yourbrand), and priority cloud infrastructure.
• Billing: Subscriptions are processed securely via Stripe and renew on a recurring monthly schedule until cancelled.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time with 1 click in your account menu. Your premium features remain active through the end of your current billing period.

6 Service Availability & Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we maintain a 99.9% global uptime target across Cloudflare edge networks, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Always test scan your QR codes on physical print proofs before running large-scale print production.

7 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CuteQRCode, seqr.li, or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or printing expenses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
